As a Director of Rasmi Indah Sdn. Bhd. and Dayamam Sdn. Bhd., contributed to the development of Sections 1 and 2 of Taman Perindustrian Kinrara respectively.

Leads long-term management and strategic repositioning of selected properties through asset management, tenant curation and environmental improvement.

B.Comm (1993) and LL.B (Honours) (1995), University of Melbourne; admitted in Victoria (1996) and Malaya (1997). Currently pursuing a Master of Real Estate Development at UTAR.

Education and culture

Long-standing involvement with SJK(C) Shin Cheng's Board of Governors, including service as treasurer; co-curator of a 2024 National Art Gallery jade exhibition; Associate Producer of Lelaki Harapan Dunia / Men Who Save the World (2014).
